Outlook Web App/New Outlook:
- Navigate to http://owa.findlay.edu and log into your email.
- Click on the calendar icon in the top left of the page.
- Once your calendar loads, locate the calendar that you wish to share, right click or click on the 3 dots and select 'Sharing and permissions'
- In the Sharing and permissions screen, type in the name of the user you want to share the calendar with and select the permissions you want to share with them.
- Once set, press share. This will send an email to the user to add the calendar to their email.
Classic Outlook (desktop app):
- Switch to Calendar View
- Right click a calendar, then Sharing Permissions
- Click Add...
- Use the top left box to search or find the name of the person or group you want to share your calendar with in the main window. Click Add. You may select others and Add them. Then click OK when finished.
- Check the permission levels. To change permissions, select the person or group to be changed and set the permissions in the box below.
- Click Apply when done.
- To remove permissions, select the person or group to change and click Remove, then Apply.
