Sometimes, when printing a Powerpoint file, our print release stations will say "Load Paper".

The printers are likely not out of paper, and rather it is trying to print to a paper size the printer doesn't hold (EXEC, LGL)

To fix this, you will need to modify the Powerpoint file before sending it to our printers.

Please note: this will stretch any background images and will put white borders around any existing slides.

I recommend doing this before creating the Powerpoint, however it still works with existing documents, it will just change some of the formatting.

Follow these steps:

1) Open the Powerpoint file

2) Click "Design" on the top ribbon

3) Click the "Slide Size" dropdown menu and select

"Widescreen (16:9)"

From here, students can upload the Powerpoint to https://oilerprint.findlay.edu/ and it should print without errors.
