If you have the Zoom O365 Calendar app installed and would like to remove it, please follow these steps:
Changing the Default Online Meeting
- Sign in to your UF web email http://mail.findlay.edu.
- Select the Settings icon (gear) in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select Calendar from the list on the left.
- Click Events and Invitations on the right, and deselect 'Add online meeting to all meetings' or change the default to Microsoft Teams.
Removing Zoom from Outlook Web (Calendar)
- Sign in to your UF web email http://mail.findlay.edu.
- .Select the 'More Apps' icon from your left pane.
- Select the 'Add Apps' button.
- At the bottom of the Apps window, select 'Manage your apps'.
- Locate the Zoom application in the right pane.
- Click the 3-dot menu (More Options), and select Remove.
- Click the Remove button.
After refreshing your Outlook Web browser session, the Zoom app will now be removed.
