If you have the Zoom O365 Calendar app installed and would like to remove it, please follow these steps:


Changing the Default Online Meeting

  1. Sign in to your UF web email http://mail.findlay.edu.
  2. Select the Settings icon (gear) in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Calendar from the list on the left.
  4. Click Events and Invitations on the right, and deselect 'Add online meeting to all meetings' or change the default to Microsoft Teams.


Removing Zoom from Outlook Web (Calendar)

  1. Sign in to your UF web email http://mail.findlay.edu.
  2. .Select the 'More Apps' icon from your left pane.
  3. Select the 'Add Apps' button.
  4. At the bottom of the Apps window, select 'Manage your apps'.
  5. Locate the Zoom application in the right pane.
  6. Click the 3-dot menu (More Options), and select Remove.
  7. Click the Remove button.


After refreshing your Outlook Web browser session, the Zoom app will now be removed.
