1. Sign in to Office on the web - mail.findlay.edu
  2. In the top right, click on your initials or profile picture.
  3. Click open another mailbox.
  4. Type in the email address.
  5. Click the settings gear in the top right.
  6. Click Account, then click Automatic Replies.
  7. Choose the settings you want to set and the message.
  8. Select Save.
  9. Repeat for all other mailboxes.
