- Sign into Office on the web - mail.findlay.edu
- In the top right, click on your initials or profile picture.
- Click open another mailbox.
- Type in the email address.
- Click the settings gear in the top right.
- Click Account then click Automatic Replies.
- Choose the settings you want to set and the message.
- Repeat for all other mailboxes.
