- Every 3C student employee needs to sign the 3C Computer Repairs Imaging agreement that is attached to this article. Sign and email the signed copy to [email protected]. Students will be granted access once ITS receives the signed agreement.
- Call ITS (419-434-4357 ext 1) and provide them the computer number (on the bottom of the laptop) that needs reimaged. They will delete the computer from SCCM so it can be reimaged.
- Connect the computer to a wired network port and power adapter.
- Turn on the computer and press F12 while the Dell or Lenovo logo is on the screen.
- Choose PXE boot IPv4.
- When SCCM loads up input the password.
- Choose the correct image (030 LAB CSCI Davis Win11 x64 23H2)
- Double-click on OSDComputerName, Click the Value field and type "UF" and then the computer number for example: "UF1804-035", then click OK.
- Ensure OSDComputerName now has the value of the labeled computer number and click Next.
- Everything from here is automated. The computer may restart several times during this process. This image takes around 1.5 hours to deploy.
