When attempting to sign into the HelpDesk website, using the email and password boxes will NOT allow you to access the site with your UFnet account information.
In order to access the UF HelpDesk website, be sure to sign in with your UFnet account information by selecting if you are a Customer or Agent with the links shown below:
When selecting either the 'Login here' link for an agent or customer, you will sent to the UF Single Sign-on page to authenticate.
Most of the Knowledge Base articles can be accessed without signing into your UFNet account. However, if you need to respond to or create a new ticket/request, you must sign into the HelpDesk with the above method or send an email to email@example.com.
