Please make sure everything is plugged in correctly and has power.
If everything looks good there, try these steps:
1) Unplug the docking station from your computer
2) Unplug the power cord in the back of the docking station or from the wall.
3) Wait 30 sec. or more
4) Plug power back in to docking station.
5) Plug docking station back in to computer.
