Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\
Delete the Identities key and all subkeys.
Step 2: Delete all activation's for Office via command prompt
Start > type CMD > right click command prompt and choose run as administrator
type: cd "\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16" and press enter
type: cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus and press enter
type: cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:XXXXX (where XXXXX is equal to the last 5 characters of that showed up during the dstatus command)
Repeat the previous step for all installed license until it says there are no licenses installed.
Open Word and it should ask for sign in.
To check what account is registered from within Word, click File -> Account and ensure the "Belongs to:" account matches their UF email address.
