With the popular demand of the One Button Studio, it is highly suggested that you schedule a time to use it.  Please use the calendar system in your email to handle this request. The video below will show you how to reserve the rooms and add the calendars to your calendar for easy access. Watch the video in full-screen mode.


If you find that you have scheduled time in the One Button Studio, but the One Button calendar shows the meeting at a different time, this means your Time Zone settings in your email are incorrectly set.  

Please follow these steps to change your Time Zone to Eastern Time:
  1. Click on the gear icon located in the upper right corner of your screen and search "Language"

  2. Select 'Language and Region' from the search list.

  3. Under General, select 'Language and time'.

  4. The last drop-down menu, 'Current time zone', will need to be changed to (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).

  5. Once this change is made, select Save at the top of this section.

  6. Please delete the cache in your web browser and close this program. PC / Mac

  7. Re-open your browser and log back into your email.

  8. At this time, delete the incorrect meeting request and resend the calendar appointment again.
