There are several print release stations around campus for your convenience. These stations allow you to use your personal computer (Windows & Mac) to print documents from anywhere on campus. Only black and white printing is available at this time.

Print Release stations are located in:

  • AMU (2)
  • BCHS
  • NMI
  • Shafer Library (2)
  • Davis Street Building (2)
  • College of Business / Student Life Center (3)
  • Old Main - Oiler Success Center
  • UF Village

After sending the print job you will need to log into the print release station (listed above) with your digital ID or UFnet ID card to release the print job. The cost will not be deducted until the job is released. Print jobs are automatically deleted if not printed in 24 hours.

Note: The current rate is $0.05 per page. This includes duplexing (duplexing will allow you to print to both sides of the paper and still only be charged $0.05).

Duplexing is on by default.  In order to print single-sided you will need to set the print job to single sided using the web interface.

Printing via web browser

  1. Navigate to https://oilerprint.findlay.edu/ (Link only functions on campus)
  2. Login using your username (without @findlay.edu) and password.
  3. Click the upload button and select the file you want to print.
  4. Go to the print release station, sign in, click the file you sent to the printer and click print.

Printing from any device via Email attachment

  1. Email your document to be printed to oilerprint@findlay.edu
  2. Go to the print release station, sign in, click the file you sent to the printer and click print.

If you get a new card you will need to activate it. Once activated a process will run overnight and then you will be able to print.
