The Ask ITS Helpdesk Agent was built by ITS using Microsoft Copilot Studio.  This AI‑powered support tool is available in Teams and M365 Copilot.


The agent delivers instant answers and guidance using the ITS Helpdesk Solutions Knowledge Base as its primary data source, and it can also search the web when needed. It’s continually learning and updated, and new information is added regularly to keep responses accurate and helpful.

If users type “talk to agent” or “talk to live agent,” the system will walk them through a few quick questions and automatically create a Helpdesk ticket by email—making it easier than ever to get connected with support.

  1. Click the three dots on the left side panel.

  2. Right-click the Ask ITS Helpdesk app and select PIN.  

  3. Then, drag and drop the app icons to arrange them in the order you prefer.
