Select your application from the Table of Contents for instructions to create a Teams Meeting:

Outlook ("classic" or "old" view) using New Meeting or Teams Meeting
In your Outlook app, switch to your Calendar view from the bottom navigation.
Select New Meeting or Teams Meeting from the top ribbon
If using New Meeting: In the New Meeting window, select Teams Meeting
Then select the meeting type you'd like to create
Using the Teams Meeting button to create a meeting will show more choices for the meeting type, but will take you to the same Teams meeting creation window.
Once you've chosen the meeting type, your New Meeting window will change to add new choices in the top ribbon, meeting information and links in the body of the meeting invite, and a panel on the right with quick meeting options.
In the top ribbon:
Join Teams Meeting: By selecting this, you can join the meeting when you're ready to do so.
Meeting Options: Takes you to the full Teams meeting options menu for this meeting.
Don't Host Online: Will remove the Teams meeting from this event and the Teams meeting information from the body of the event window.
Full meeting options can also be accessed from the Meeting options link in the body of the event or from More options at the bottom of the new Set up your Teams meeting panel on the right. (While editing this meeting, you will need to use Ctrl+click to follow the link to Meeting options in the body of the event.)
Once you've set up your meeting options, be sure to set your meeting title, date/time, and invite others.
Click Send to email the meeting information/invitation to those invited.
Outlook (New or web app)
In the "new" Outlook app or Outlook on the web, switch to your Calendar view on the left side navigation bar.
Choose New Event, then Event
In the New Event creation window, turn on the toggle for Teams Meeting
Be sure to set your meeting title, date/time, and invite others.
Click Send when you're ready to send the meeting information/invite.
To change the meeting options, double-click the event on your calendar to edit it.
Then click the Meeting options link in the body of the event information.
Teams (app or web)
In Teams, switch to your Calendar view from the left side navigation.
Click New event at the top right or use the drop-down menu there to choose a meeting type.
'Event' is a normal meeting.
While in the event editing window, select the toggle to add a Teams meeting.
If you chose a meeting type from the drop-down menu, this will already be enabled
When this toggle is turned on, you will have Meeting options available in the top ribbon.
These options can also be accessed by double-clicking the event on the calendar and clicking the Meeting options link in the body of the event.
Be sure to set your meeting title, date/time, and invite others.
Click Send when you're ready to send the meeting information/invite.
