Other Method

At the bottom of the box should be a link that says you want to use a different method.  Please click that link.

You should be able to click the drop down box and choose either Email or Phone authentication.  Choose which one you'd like to use.

You will need to put in your phone number to authenticate with a call or text message, or your alternate email address to receive an email with a verification code.

After entering your phone number or email address, click Next through the prompt and it should send a verification code to your phone or email (whichever you chose).  Enter this code at the prompt on your screen.   Alternately, if you choose to authenticate with a phone call, you will be called and a voice will prompt you to press # on your phone to verify.

If this authentication method was successfully verified, you may continue to click Next and set up your secondary authentication method in the same way.

Once you have set up your secondary method and successfully verified, you should be logged in to your email.

You should then be able to log in at either of the links provided above with your [email protected], your password, and authentication.
