Predesigned course templates are available in the Commons. Click around to preview the content. Importing one of these templates into your course will give you a head start on meeting quality initiatives here at UF. 

    UF Online Course Template:  designed for courses with the highest level of need and is aligned with the Quality Matters rubric.

    Quick Start Course Template: simplified version for those who need to get materials up quickly, some examples provided. 

Follow the Canvas Guides for importing Commons content into your course:

Searching For Our Templates

Uncheck the “Show Public Resources” button and type “template” into the search box. All available course template options will be displayed.

Are you part of a Commons Group?

Your department or office may have added you to a closed group in the Commons. Resources shared in this group are only visible to members of that group. Click the name of your group in the left column of the screen to see your group’s resources. 

If you feel that you need to start over and delete all the content in your course, you can reset your course content and start over.
