Changing your Directory Photo

To change your directory photo, please contact Marketing to set up a photoshoot and they will replace the image for you.


Changing your Name, Title, Contact Information or Credentials

Faculty needing to make one or more of these changes will need to contact the following:

  • HR (x4871) for change of Name
  • Academic Affairs (x4553) for change of Degree, License suffix, Credentials, Title
  • Facilities (x6942) for change of Office Location, Telephone Number, or Department Affiliation
  • ITS (x4357) for change of email address

Staff needing to make one or more of these changes will need to contact the following:

  • HR (x4871) for change of Name, Degree, License suffix, Credentials, Title
  • Facilities (x6942) for change of Office Location, Telephone Number, or Department Affiliation
  • ITS (x4357) for change of email address


Changing Profile, Activities, Publications, or Performances

To edit your public website directory page content perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to your directory page.


  2. Remove "www" from the web browser address bar and replace it with "edit"

      



  3. Login with your UF username and password.

  4. Locate the "Edit" link on your directory page. Depending on the length of your job title, it could be at the bottom of the page. In the example below, the Edit link is to the right of the faculty/staff member's name and title.


  5. From there you can add content to the "Profile, Activities, Publications, and Performances" sections.


    Please note: If a section is blank, it will not display, only sections with content will display as tabbed sections on your directory page.


  6. Once you are finished, click save. From there the request is sent to Facilities for approval. Once approved, your directory page will be updated.
