If theJenzebar CX shortcut no longer works, it's possible that a Java update has occurred.

The new version of java no longer puts the javaws.exe in the program files location that the old shortcut is for. 

Right Click the CX shortcut>Properties>Target, change the first part of the short cut from %windir%\System32\javaw.exe to %comspec% /k javaws and add & exit to the very end
